Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus oxyacantha), Motherwort Herb (Leonorus cardiaca), Linden lf. and flw. (Tilia spp.), Cayenne (Capsicum annuum), organic apple cider vinegar, honey, vegetable glycerin, water and less then 2% alcohol for preservation
