Elderberry Immune Herbal Syrup
Just what the immune system ordered. One teaspoon daily or every few hours at the first sign of a cold or flu.
My favorite way to take Elderberry in the winter for immune protection is by adding 2 teaspoons to my water bottle and sipping on it all day long.
My daughters first juice was Elderberry herbal syrup added to water!
1-2 teaspoons daily, or every three hours if not feeling well.
Elderberries (Sambucus nigra), Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), Echinacea rt. (Echinacea purpurea), organic apple cider vinegar, honey, water, vegetable glycerin and less then 2% alcohol for preservation
